Shipping Costs

EUROPEAN UNION: free shipping

Please note that depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which ENNISMIMORE S.L. cannot accept liability. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

SPAIN: 3-5 business days

EUROPEAN UNION: 4-6 business days

Delivery times includes order preparation and shipping. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not consider possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or product availability. Deliveries are not prepared on weekends and Spanish public holidays, and not delivered on Sundays and other holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped.

 

 

Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note customers will be responsible for return shipping charges.


To start a return, you need to contact us at
info@coquettebcn.com before sending the parcel. Returns must be made using our authorized shipping method; items sent via postal services such as Correos without prior approval will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, you will need to send the parcel to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Spain, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Please note, ENNISMIMORE S.L. does not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods or any international duties and taxes.

ENNISMIMORE S.L. reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued.

International Returns:

 

Customs duties and fees for deliveries and returns outside of the EU shall be borne by the customer. If you’re based outside the EU, taxes and duties are applicable. Please be aware that original shipping costs, duties and taxes are non–refundable.

For international orders, if an item is returned because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, ENNISMIMORE S.L. will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by ENNISMIMORE S.L. Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us. 

Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

Please note we do not accept exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that ENNISMIMORE S.L. will not refund international duties and taxes.

 

 

Events outside our control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”). A Force Majeure Event shall include any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and shall include in particular (without limitation) the following:

  • Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action.
  • Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
  • Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.
  • Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
  • Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
  • The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
  • Any shipping, postal or other relevant transport strike, failure or accidents.

Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavors to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

 

Our right to vary these terms

We have the right to revise and amend these Terms from time to time. You will be subject to the policies, Terms in force at the time that You order products from us, unless any change to those policies, Terms or Privacy Statement is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by You).
