Delivery & Returns


Registration is an optional condition for the purchase of products through our website. In the registration process, the client must choose a username and password. The data that we collect during registration will be processed in the terms that we indicate in the “Privacy Policy” section that you can access on our website.

However, we warn that from Coquette we could unilaterally, temporarily or definitively, exclude any user from the operation of their account when we detect that this user breaches any of our conditions of use.


Once the purchase process is completed, from Coquette we will immediately confirm the receipt of the acceptance of the order by email to the account you have provided us.In the total price you will be able to see the corresponding shipping costs. Shipments that originate customs expenses will be paid entirely by the customer.As for the ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS, we indicate that we accept PayPal and credit card. If you choose the PayPal option, you will receive an email from PayPal confirming the payment. If you choose the credit card option, the payment gateway of the financial institution will confirm the operation.

 We only accept Visa and MasterCard.


The products will be shipped directly by Coquette through a courier service of our choice to the delivery address that you have given us. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.Our delivery charges only include the transportation cost of the products to your address. If you fail to collect your order and it is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment.All services are trackable and need to be signed for. If you are not at the address provided during delivery, a note will be dropped through your door explaining how to get your parcel or how to rearrange delivery. If you do not collect the items or rearrange delivery within 14 days, we will contact you for

further instructions and may charge you for the return delivery costs. 

Delivery charges and times:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and we will not be liable for delays. We do not dispatch orders at the weekend or during Spain’s bank holidays. If you place an order on such days, it will be processed on the following working day. We are liable  for any damage or loss of the roducts while in transit until they are delivered to you.

Please note that customs, duty and import fees (“Fees”) may apply if your order is shipped to a country outside of the EU. These Fees are not included in our prices nor in our delivery charges and you Will be responsible for their payment directly to the relevant local authorities.

During the month of August, delivery times can be extended up to 7 days to the usual ones.

For reasons beyond our control (strikes in the sector, etc.) the term could increase to 30 days. However, this period is exceptional and is imposed by the applicable regulations.


All orders are subject to item availability. In the event that the product is not available once the order is placed, the customer will be informed by email and we will proceed to refund the amount that the customer had paid within a maximum period of 24 hours.

 DAMAGED PRODUCTFrom Coquette we always offer the products in the best possible conditions. In the particular case of the shoes a small mark is sometimes apparent on the sole as a result of being tested in our store. This will not be considered as defective or damaged. If a product is damaged during transport, you must notify Coquette and the respective supplier upon delivery. In this case, the client is entitled to the guarantees and after-sales services established by the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the defense of consumers and users and other complementary laws (RDL 1/2007, of November 16), in its articles. 114 and following. 


In case the customer requires a change of size or return, the customer must make the request within a period of 15 days after receiving the order.Items must be returned in their original packaging and all accessories, if any, and in perfect condition.

In case of returns and exchanges, the shipping costs will not be refunded, including customs costs.Kindly include the completed Return Form that you will  find with your order (you can also print one ) and for international returns, a copy of the invoice.

You are responsible for sending the products back to us at Coquette, Calle Madrazo 153 local 08021 Barcelona. Please use the returns label included with your order. If you cannot find the returns label, please email us and we’ll send you another one.

You must include the invoice or a copy of it in case you want to return part of the order.

 Regarding articles in which a discount was applied changes are not accepted.
